A student in my daughter's year died today in a car crash on his way to school. As parents we are letting go, even if we don't feel ready. We can see all the things that can hurt our kids but have to hope and trust that they will be ok. His parents. Oh my god, his parents. They are going to bed tonight knowing he'll never be safe at home again.
