Day 10/ 11

Yesterday was busy. The main news is that I started an exercise class. A woman from work convinced me to go and I had a difficult but good time. The hour long class went by fast despite the contortions I had to put my body through. My limbs felt like spaghetti when it was done and then I slept well for the most part during the night. However, I knew it was going to be trouble for me the next day. The start of the day wasn't too bad, at work I had to keep moving. Getting up and down from my chair, moving boxes up and down stairs, walking back and forth organising papers. It was good for me, because my muscles seized up any time I was still. It got worse throughout the day and now when I'm sitting or standing I feel ok, but when I try to go from sitting to standing or from standing to sitting my muscles scream at me. I predict 2 more days of pain.

My other news is that my sleep apnea test came back negative. So maybe my snorting myself awake is just me starting to snore and if I had earplugs in I might sleep through it?? I'm not disappointed that I don't have apnea, but it brings up more questions than answers. I am still waking up through the night, now I've been alcohol free for 11 days. I was hoping for more of a change. I'm not waking up with a sore stomach, though. At least that is one aspect under control. I haven't taken my heartburn medicine since I stopped drinking.

I guess other news is that the weather has finally been wintery. Our Mexican dog got to experience snow for the first time, she doesn't seem to mind it. She looks very cute when she sniffs at the snow, then looks up and has snow on her nose. Our rabbit has had to live inside since it is too cold outside for him. He must miss his home, he thumped his feet in the middle of the night last night, which is a rabbit's warning danger sound. I went through to see him and gave him a carrot, then he settled down. The guinea pig is just living his normal life. I will have to put some pictures of the other animals on my website.
